I think we should use japanese/platex-euc for processing Japanese
text, but it may be incompatible with teTeX...

Thank you for your information.  I've checked it but it is commercial
product and it costs 1,000,000 yen for 4 users license.  Depending on
commercial product to build doc tree is not correct way, I think.
