 Dear Sir/Madam,
Naturally, this letter will come to you as a surprise since we have not met, permit me however to introduce myself; I am Mrs. Lilian Zumba a Somalia, currently under the custody of United Nations in South Africa. I thought it wise to seek the help of a foreigner to act as proxy for me. For this purpose, I have money (US$18.5 Million) deposited by my late husband in a security company in South Africa as family valuables. The money is from the contract warded to my late husband by the government before these problems arise, my husband was killed by the government troops who evaded our farm. After the death of my husband, I escaped to the Republic of South Africa where he had deposited the money in the Security Company as valuables. Presently leaving as a REFUGEE in South Africa. The Somali bantus, which Im one of them, are tribal groups originally migrated from west and central parts of the African continent In Somalia, they're minorities who mostly live around the two rivers, Jubba and Shabelle as farmers. Theyre pacific, skilled and considered to be the second-class citizens. Theyre also called slaves and cry less having no rights like the other Somali tribes. That was before the civil war when the country was at peace. Besides that they were completely discriminated economically and socially till now. During the civil war, they had experienced a gross human violation, one can't imagine, these include rape, abduction, robbery, burning homes and widespread killing of their loved and scholar ones in front of their eyes. In the other hand, they were ethnically cleansed. Education is too far from our population. Our children are mostly dropouts children are used for begging- mothers carry with them or have to work. Our children don't complete secondary school no university available- chance limited. According to the health, clinic poorly equipped, all kinds of diseases exist such as diarrhea, measles etc. The wounded ones of ours, who are sent for referral, die on the way or send back dead. To get the referral is

difficult one has to fight and we're peace lovers. Many of us who became mentally sick or retarded got worse after years without treatment-some became mad and no-one cares-treatment costs much and they're unable to cure themselves, only death is what they wait. The Somali Bantus are worried to return to their country of origin (SOMALIA) wherever they're even if there's a peace since all their properties are confiscated. Armed militia did occupy their farms and home and they will be targeted upon their arrival as had happened to those who returned and lost their lives. Live is very cheap there. A cat costs much. They were nothing before what about now? The only solution is to stay wherever they fled or get resettlement to a third country like their brothers and sisters in Kenya. They got USA resettlement'''''' their future is bright unlike ours. They already felt what liberty means in life. They therefore request the donor countries like USA, CANADA and AUSTRALIA to come and rescue us or else they'll be the lost Somali Bantus in everywhere.
To come back to my word people are arrested for no reason, slandering for money-work hard and paid less. All they have was taken from them by force all farms have been confisticated. They abuse us-splash us and arrest when they wish. Abusing is their habit, splashing is their dessert, enslaving is their ancestral bequest, killing and eradication is their united secret. The security situation the anarchy and during wars. Displaced from our lands of agriculture and strategic lots abducting, kidnapping, rapping, looting and eventually eradication. Capturing Somali Bantus and behaving inhumanly such as hammering a nail from the head up to the chin while others being burned or slaughtered. Burned our long ages mango trees, other long-term awaited trees such as olive, paw paw and so on. Starvation, stressful life, torture, constant desperation and slandering the maidservants of Bantus, when ransom is not paid on the date of period, girls are crucified in public all these conditions are perpetual. Again at the side of security, hopeless to leave the country-worried to remain there-given up their heads for weal and woe-depression arises-when no-one helps them-life is hell for them in Somalia than a Satan-inhuman acts never stop against them. Who wishes to aid these innocents-united people? They die-divided they ache. Their shout is unheard-their claim is ignored. I have already lost sense of humor and intention. I don't have idea about my late husband remains, my brothers and sisters so do the whole of my relatives their whereabouts, and you wouldnt bear, since I escaped from those harmful wolves. At the time being, all my hopes lay in your hand either let me be crazy or in sane. My main application is to get your assistance to complete this transaction in order to lay my hands on a glaring future with my only child. The immigration laws of South Africa are very strict and our conditions of leaving here are too poor.

For your assistance to me, you will be entitled to a commission of 25% of the total amount.
