My wife is disease (her name is Angela, 30 years old) has made me write this letter to You.

I am applying to You with a request for help. I have found Your e-mail address on the internet and decided to write to You just as I have been hopeless.

I could have never imagined that my family would face such a disaster, but it seems one cannot escape his fate. I have applied to the Department of Social Security of the area where I live, but so far they have had no possibility to provide any help, even with diapers. The Red Cross is in a resembling situation.

My wife Angela (born 24.05.1978) has fallen seriously ill, she has got an oncology disease, stage IV. She was operated on her kidney, catheters have been exteriorized, her womb and her bladder have been removed, her intestines were used to form an artificial bladder, but, unfortunately, it does not hold urine. The surgery was performed in a State establishment "The State Theoretical and Practical Oncology and Medical Radiology Center after N.N. Aleksandrov" (RNPC OMR), Lesnoy-2, Minsk District, Minsk Region, Oncology and Gynaecology Unit 2 (Anticancer Medication Organization, the development of new diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation methods in malignant tumours, and development of the medical technology basis of the State is oncology). The surgery was experimental, as stage IV is considered incurable, and the number of such operations performed worldwide is very few; womb and bladder removal etc. and forming an artificial bladder using intestines. Case report number 12701-08, outpatient is medical card number 95803-08, doctor in charge is unit manager Olga Pavlovna (telephone number +375 17 265-38-80), doctor in charge Tatyana Miknailovna (telephone number +375 17 265-38-80), the telephone number of staff lounge is +375 17 265-26-76.

My wife is staying at home now, receiving a symptomatic treatment, she can hardly walk. She weighs less than 40 kg, there is a constant need for adult diapers (we use 2-3 per day), medications, dietary foods. Actually I do not have anyone to help. She has no parents, I have only my mother living (born in 1938) who also needs special care. I have two little kids, a girl aged 3 and a boy aged 12. My wages are not high (280 USD). It is generally spent on household running costs, the children, paying off the overdraft, and almost nothing is left for medications and foods. I am in a desperate state.
I am asking You for help if You please. Provide targeted support for the ill Angela, whose diagnosis is malignant tumour of the womb stage IV, who lives at Golodeda Str., 37-1-73, Minsk, Belarus, to buy diapers, single-use diapers, medications and foodstuffs due to the extremely reduced circumstances.

15-20 USD is not a very big sum of money for You, and for us it would be a considerable support in our need.
Angelica would be very pleased to feel there are people sensitive to others trouble. It would help her financially and morally as she is strong in spirit, but weak physically, which is hard for her to endure (she says she is running in her dreams, and wakes up in the night and cries, that she has no strength to rise to her feet, and she is still 30).
And may God protect You from all evil. May You and Your relatives be healthy!

This is the essential part of one is life however trivial it may sound. I start to realize it now, though it is a bit too late, unfortunately. If You need any details, please, write or call any time.

Viktor, Angela (e-mail address: miloserdie1978@mail.ru)
