FROM: MIKE ADENUGA

Dear sir,

First, I must solicit your confidence in this transaction which by the
virtue of its nature requires top most confidentiality and secrecy.

I am aware that a proposal of this magnitude can make anyone apprehensive
and worried but I can assure you that all is well and that there is no need
for doubts. It is clear that I am not known to you hence this little
introduction.

I am the Manager Bills and Exchange of the Foreign Remittance Department of
the Union Bank of Nigeria (UBN) with Headquarters in Lagos and formally
known as Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS AG Zurich, Switzerland). In
accordance with the Federal Government policy on indigenization law on
company and allied matters of Jan 1977, I write this message to ask for your
support, assistance and co-operation to consummate this transaction. We
just discovered an abandoned sum of US$15.5M (Fifteen Million Five Hundred
Thousand United States Dollars Only) in an account belonging to our foreign
customer who died with his entire family in the ill-fated Kenyan Air Line,
which crashed into the Indian Ocean in Comoros Island a few years back.
Since this incident, we have repeatedly advertised for his Next of Kin or
any close relation to come forward to claim this fund but nobody showed up.

Based on this, I and two other officials in my Department have decided to
look for a trusted foreign partner who can be trusted to stand as the Next
Kin to the deceased and claim this money. We need a foreigner as a partner
because we do not want this money to go into the Banks Treasury as
unclaimed fund.

All necessary documents to effect this process will emanate from my table
and all would be perfected to be in accordance with the International
Banking laws and procedures. You have nothing to fear. We have unanimously
agreed that 20% of the total sum will be for you, 10% for sundry expenses,
10% for charity and the church while 60% is for me and my colleagues.

I am therefore, requesting that you send me immediately your private phone
and fax numbers indicating your full names to enable us commence action.
Send them through the e-mail above or E-mail: mikeadenuga1@yahoo.co.uk

Hoping to hear from you soonest.

Regards,

MIKE ADENUGA.
