    Currently, -f implies -s (except it figures out the filesize by
    fstat'ing instead of you having to tell it, as with -s)
  - TODO: figure out why progress bar isn't *quite* perfect
  - Changed itimer_interval to a float (and renamed it itimer_seconds).
    Now we can say -i 0.1 to update every 10th of a second.
